DET3 + AEM UEGO X-Line calibration

Post by NgoFcukinWay » Mon Mar 05, 2018 5:26 pm

I saw the thread for the AEM failsafe calibration, but was wondering if the file will work for the X-line as well. My AFR readings between the wideband and the DET3 is off by about 1.7-2 points with the wideband reading lower.

Has anyone else had issues like this with an AEM UEGO?

Your wideband grounded to same ground as Det3 ?

For X-series 30-0300, try this one instead.
Definitions spec:
volt = [0.50 0.75 1.00 1.25 1.50 1.75 2.00 2.25 2.50 2.75 3.00 3.25 3.50 3.75 4.00 4.25 4.50];
afr = [8.50 9.09 9.69 10.28 10.88 11.47 12.06 12.66 13.25 13.84 14.44 15.03 15.63 16.22 16.81 17.41 18.00];

coef0: 7.3116
coef1: 2.3761
coef2: -0.00016512
coef3: 0
coef4: 0
coef5: 0
Interval: [8.4996 18.0008]
Mean AFR Error: 0.0023578

Just saw that this gauge has the exact same spec as AEM failsafe... :geek: :D
@NgoFcukinWay, can you double-check the model number on your gauge?

I don't think it is. I'll have to check a little later when I make some time to do it.
